Hi folks, Ari Salgueiro here. I thank you for taking the time to visit us today. I would like to dedicate this part of mythangelo.com to one of my business partners and the coolest guy I know. You see, without His contribution, none of this would exist and so I would like to publicly thank Him and perhaps get you to consider meeting Him at some point.
You can probably guess who it is that I am referring to. While He was on this Earth, He was called many names; Jesus, the Messiah, Teacher, the Christ and my personal favorite, Savior. He has become the inspiration for immeasurable good and although, also the excuse for unspeakable evil, He was the embodiment of goodness and love.
I have heard those who say, "What has God ever done for me?" Well, I can not know what their lives are like, but in my particular case, I cannot but ask "What hasn't God done for me?" As a child, He went out of His way to save my legs during a bus accident; He protected my family and I, when we were strangers in Panama during the Noriega revolution; He protected us again when we continued our journey through Ecuador and finally to the United States. He has continued to pamper me even when I have turned from Him, providing me with money when I had no way of getting it, friends when I was seeking for none, and placing the woman of my dreams time after time in my path until we both finally saw the light.

If you are thinking that I am the most devoted Christian in the western hemisphere, you couldn't be more mistaken. The truth is, I am far from being The Man's best follower or most faithful friend, but He is still my most faithful friend, in spite of the many times I have failed Him and in spite of the fact that I am still not fully committed to him. He is 100%, unconditionally, no small print, no money down, no payments till two thousand never, committed to me. His love is as abundant as it is free and accessible to absolutely every last person on this Earth.
Worried about the rules? Let me ask you this. How much of a burden is it for you to please those you love? Do you find it hard to be faithful to the woman or man you love? Is it cumbersome to give presents to your children? Once you've come to know The Man, once you understand His love and all He has done and continues to do for you, you will want to do what's right; what He wants from you.
Now, again, I want you to know that I am no pastor, not even that involved in my church, not nearly as I should be. Like I said, you are not reading this from a faithful devoted, for I am far from being the close friend of His that I want to be. I am just a guy who has seen enough to understand that there is no love like God's love and no friend like The Man, Jesus. Here are a few links if you want to know more about Him.
